To the 21st century woman!
We generally have a lot going for us, our work opportunities have increased, we have better opportunities to become career or business women, to have kids, friends and build relationships. We are surrounded by modern day technology, can travel from one part of the world to other or communicate to people from different parts of the world by telephone, email, social media and so on. Our lives are very busy.
Have you ever pictured the garden of Eden? You know that garden where it all started (if you are not familiar with the garden of Eden, think of the perfect unadulterated world of nature or mother nature if you prefer). Where there are beautiful trees, streams, fruits, flowers, beautiful animals, butterflies, waterfalls etc.). A place with no traffic jam, no pollution, clean water and organic food and where nothing interrupts nature’s bliss. Do you long for that world even if it is just for a little while? I know we love our present world with all the possibilities that it contains, I know I do. I don’t know what I’ll do without my phone, TV, my work and so on but what if we could have it all, really? What if we could have our garden of Eden in this world today? Wouldn’t that be perfect?
You see, having studied fertility issues and worked with several women, I am utterly convinced that natural optimal balance is absolutely essential for successful conception. This is a far cry from medically induced balance. Natural balance is when your body works and achieve the equilibrium that it needs. This balance is different for every woman but our bodies have been so brilliantly designed to know what its own optimal balance is and given the right help will work towards it naturally. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes we need some help from medicine but most of us do not.
It is my firm belief that once we harmonise our lives by returning to the garden of Eden with our bodies, our minds and our emotions and our environment, we will achieve the optimal balance that nature intended for us from the very beginning. While this article has been written directly for women trying to conceive, every woman can benefit from it because we all need that balance; whether or not we are trying to get pregnant, already mums, approaching menopause etc.
Are you ready to create your own garden of Eden and embrace your optimal natural femininity?
